Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IT projects, systems, or enhancements. Documenting business processes, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide IT development and implementation efforts.

Coordinating IT projects and initiatives across multiple departments or teams, serving as a point of contact for project stakeholders, and facilitating communication between project teams, vendors, and IT personnel.
